The institution has more
than 175 employees spread across the base
hospital and it’s three satellite operations
in Alwar (Rajasthan), Rampur (Saharanpur distt.) Uttar Pradesh, Meerut and Gurgaon (Haryana).
All medical, paramedical and non-medical persons
are full time on salary. The medical faculty
has trained at some of the best national and
international institutions like L.V.Prasad
Eye Institute, Hyderabad; JIPMER, Pondicherry;
Bascom Palmer Eye Hospital, Miami; Wills Eye
Hospital, Philadelphia; Tufts Medical Centre,
Boston; ENT Hospital and The Manhattan Eye ,
New York, and the University Of California
among others.
