Partner: ORBIS International

The Quality Project assisted by ORBIS International is working on three levels

1. Develop quality manuals for all departments and functions of the hospital
2. Subsequently go in for quality certification from appropriate National and International bodies
3. Transfer the knowledge gained to atleast two other partner hospitals of ORBIS International.

Cross functional teams across the hospital are engaged in mapping existing processes, identifying best practices, developing benchmarks and desired protocols and then making the changes step by step. Different audit committees are regularly monitoring the progress and the deficiency if any against mutually set benchmarks. Dr.Suneeta Dubey is heading the project.
