The hospital forayed into the world of Community Based Rehabilitation with the support of CBM, Germany in 2008. While 2008 was marked with training of resources et all, 2009-10 was marked by the inauguration of the state -of- the- art CBR Resource centre in the project area of Malakheda, Alwar District. As on date , apart from a vision centre and audiology set up, the project also delivers CBR services in the field of Hearing Impairment and Speech development, Visual Impairment, and Physical Impairment.

Going forward, the project aims to develop and deliver a model CBR programme by intergrating services along the model developed by the WHO as under:
